1. Processing Time

• All orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• You will receive another notification with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Germany & European Union)

We partner with trusted carriers (such as DHL) to ensure secure delivery of your fragrance orders.

• Germany:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.

  • Free Shipping: Available on all domestic orders over a specified threshold.

• European Union (EU):

  • Standard International Shipping: 4–7 business days.

  • Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your exact delivery address.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number(s). You can use this tracking link to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For shipments within the European Union, no additional customs duties or import taxes apply. For any orders outside the EU, the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the destination country.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages

DAR TURA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping if caused by the carrier. However, if your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photographic evidence at our support email so we can assist you with a claim.
